The beach access was smooth, perfect for kids, and the pools were refreshing. Loved the spacious room with fantastic views! Our stay was topped off by a birthday surprise. such a nice touch!

the location is really good, perfect for windsurfing and the views are amazin. we had a nice time with family for a few days, and the pools are super clean. the hotel has a comfy atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful.

i wish there was more seafood for dinner, and the last step to the beach is a bit high for some people.

you’d think a family-friendly hotel would allow kids to have fun, but nope! no inflatables at the pool whatsoever. staff acted like bouncers instead of hosts. plus, the so-called 'lagoon' for inflatables? more like a dirty puddle. defintely expected tad more for my birthday than a regular cake!

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with equipment, such as only one of the two lifts working for several days, leading to frustrating wait times. the cleanliness in the restaurant left much to be desired, as I found unwashed plates that were quite off-putting. Lastly, the room décor felt outdated and could have used a serious refresh for a hotel of this caliber.

The pools here are fantastic! ! And the snacks available throughout the day were a lifesaver with kids always asking for something to munch on. One morning, I bumped into a great staff member by the pool who helped my boys get settled with the inflatable toys, and that just set the tone for our entire stay.

It definitely wasn’t inexpensive but still worth every penny.

I adored the stunning décor throughout the hotel, especially the well-maintained garden paths and vibrant tropical plants, which made it easy for me to enjoy leisurely walks without feeling overwhelmed or rushed during my stay.

The breathtaking view from my Melia Guestroom with Sea View made every morning special, while the variety of themed dinners added excitement to our dining experience. Free yoga classes and tennis kept us active, and the kids were thrilled with the warm kids' pool. I wished for a bit more variety in the evening entertainment to match the overall quality of our stay.

The pools were fantastic and always clean, offering plenty of space for relaxation. The staff members I encountered, especially at the reception, were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making me feel valued. Walking through the well-kept grounds was a pleasure, and the sea view from my room was truly a highlight of my stay!

I found the Wi-Fi connection to be slow at times.

I really enjoyed the amazing walks along the sandy beach and the breathtaking views from my balcony. The heated swimming pool and the spa services were a great way to unwind after a long day. The only bummer was that Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 🌴
